The move was smooth from start to finish. Not one speed bump along the way.

I initially went to the website and filled in as much information as I was able. Then I spoke to Kay and she was very helpful in answering my questions and reviewing what I had entered. I received my pricing info via email which was helpful to review. Booking was easy. The day of the move I received a call from Glenn that they were on the way. Him and Ben arrived and they were pleasant and courteous. They reviewed all the paperwork and what they had to move and quickly realized it was going to be more time than estimated. They were able to clear out everything we had requested quickly. Glenn and Ben were hard working and professional. Great employees. Will most likely use again.

I only have one issue and that is one of the movers requested the gratitudes be in cash towards my wife, to me totally unacceptable . Even though I spent over $2000 for this move around the corner which I do appreciate This comment from a mover if I had known I wouldandacirc;??ve give them nothing . I truly understand the hard work that they do , but please they should keep their comments to themselves .

I would have rated all aspects as excellent, but my move went sour at the end of the day. Movers wanted to go home and erroneously told me screws to all 3 beds missing. Slept on floor for a week, then found out parts were attached to slats, etc. all along. I would have rather had them say they would need to come back in the morning to finish instead of looking for an easy out. Totally blew what was otherwise a great experience.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK were very professional and prompt on arrival. The movers were very detailed oriented from explaining the moving process of my contract in the beginning. They were able to move my furniture very swiftly without any damages. I would highly recommend their services again and refer them to others.

Your company staff was very helpful, especially Catherine when we were having a lot of issues with our moving dates and other matters. The movers were professional and took very good care of our furniture and organized. I will recommend your company to anyone.

Joel and Jevoni were very nice and are really hard working young men. Jevoni was one of the gentlemen who moved my daughter the first time I used you company 18 months ago and he was a big reason I used your company again this time.
I was very happy to see him show up for this move and that I remembered him says a lot about the impression he made on our first move with your company andeth;???
