The move went really well. The office staff was very helpful. My disappointment was when the movers asked my friend (who supervised the move for me) for a tip. I thought that was inappropriate. I was attending a meeting when I got a text from the movers asking for a tip. I was very disappointed with the request and surprised. I have moved 8 times and not once was asked for a tip. The office staff should give us a heads up regarding tips.
