Customer service was great. Very nice guys. Polite. Moved me fairly quickly. I only have 1 concern with them. I had a small table. When they packed it in the truck they had it top down with nothing underneath. My table top was scratched. I didnt make a deal about it because my dog had already damaged a corner. I have to fix it anyway. They need to about it so they don't do it again. Good servi

I have been trying for over a month to get copies of the moving receipts and have had numerous conversations with the office personnel and as of 6/29/23 I still have not received the two receipts for the job done on 5/22/23.

Julien, we're so sorry you were unable to receive the receipts. If the people with whom you had the conversations had simply asked the right person, you could have had the receipts in about 30 seconds. We have some new employees and perhaps they didn't know who to ask. We apologize, but you should now have the receipts you needed.

The only thing I didn't like was that when they took a glass table top off, the guys didn't notice the rubber cups the hold the glass to the table. Even though we found all of them, it was annoying to see that those cups were everywhere.
And taking off the sticks that hold the mirror to the dresser, they didn't tape the sticks to the mirror or put them in the dresser drawer. Small details go a lo

Two Men and a Truck literally saved us in a last minute emergency. Already stressed out enough, Steven in the office was there to take care of us. 5 stars is honestly not enough. The next morning Marlon and his team were ready to get us loaded. All 6 men on the crew were nothing but respectful and kind to our home/belongings. THESE GUYS ARE ABSOUTELY AMAZING!
