This was a somewhat fast and easy piano delivery, at least as easy as a piano might be. Out the front door from 1st floor in Guilford to a house in Hamden. We talked during scheduling that this could easily take under 2 hours. The crew was excellent and efficient however I was going to call you about travel time; I think it may have been excessive. The crew arrived at 11 am, but was scheduled for 10:30 am. They moved fast and went off to Hamden. The cost became an issue for me because 45 more minutes were added to the charges for the move. I would ask that you review my invoice and see what you think. Seriously, I do not feel extra charges were warranted. That is almost three hours for a really straightforward move. The moving team arrived with one extra person for no additional cost. The moving expense came in midway of the estimate range. The moving team was highly focused, efficient, courteous, professional, and hard working. My son had recently moved and recommended TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to us. The team that moved us deserves an A++ ! I had a very poor experience with my movers. Two of them was unexperienced and had no idea how to deal with my furniture. They fight with each other most of the move in front of me. Never again I will hire or recommend your company to anyone. In the beginning they even went to a wrong address and parked there but included time they lost in my bill. To move 13 pieces of furniture to an address which is located a 5 minutes away they used 5.5 hours. I prepared all furniture and even provided them with mattress bags.
