My move was from a one bedroom apartment to another on a very last minute notice. Luis was friendly but Mike was rude and had a bad attitude. Within the first 15 minutes of the move, Mike grabbed my great grandfather's Atlas, that I had placed on the ground, by the front cover page and and threw it where it fell pages open, face down, on an open box, because he felt it was in his way. I didn't have much to move, and I was moving to a new place 5 minutes away, so the move should have been quick, under 3 hours. However, it seemed like Luis and Mike purposely took their time as this was on an hourly basis and I felt taken advantage of. It took them three hours just to move my stuff out of the apartment. I was overcharged for this move and regret hiring Two Men and a Truck.

The moving team was courteous and efficient. Rob resolved the billing issue on the spot.
The office staff was courteous and answered all questions. The only concern was making clear the need to have someone sign off at each point and understand the cost from point of departure because the contact implied New Haven as a starting point. Rocky Hill starting point impacted time and cost which Rob was able to resolve on the spot.
