We actually hired Two Men packers for the day before the physical move. What a big help. On moving day, the movers showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and got us loaded up and taken to the new home in a very reasonable time frame. Attitude and helpfulness were outstanding with all the movers. Will use again (if we ever move again). Very pleased with this whole process and price. Well worth it.

The team seemed to work together very well. They split up the tasks quickly, Each person doing something they were efficient with and coordinating to make the move as fast as possible. The team lead also communicated with us as things were getting done like how much room was still in the truck, did we need anything else done, doing initial walk through before loading and another before unloading to make sure they understood our needs well before just jumping into the physical move.

Absolutely horrible customer service over the phone. My movers were 2 hours late and tried to find out what was going on but office is closed on Sundays so was in the dark until they finally called. When I explained my situation later in the week to someone on the phone, was denied the ability to speak to a manager and was told that my problems were not important enough and that there was nothing they could do. Absolutely unacceptable and deplorable service. Movers themselves were great and efficient, I wish I could give them separate praise while making it known how horrible the office treated me. Worked with you guys on a referral, and I'm not actively referring people away as a result. Even the person who referred me, who loved your service when she used it, is going somewhere else now.

My move went very smoothly. The movers were late, and one of our lamps broke in the moving process, but the movers made up for it with their friendly demeanor and attentiveness. The office staff was SUPER responsive which I really appreciated and there were no hidden fees. Thanks so much!
