Meet Our Team

Mohammed’s hard work and commitment to keeping customers informed and making moving day run smoothly really stood out throughout May. Customers had plenty of great things to say:
“Mohamed and Darien were fantastic movers. They communicated frequently and worked so hard. Thank you!!”

Another customer highlighted Mohammed’s speed and efficiency, sharing:
“Devin & Mohamed were excellent movers. Got my move between storage units down super fast and efficiently. Would recommend for sure, fantastic service!”

Thank you, Mohammed, for bringing professionalism, teamwork, and a can-do attitude to every move. Your dedication helps make moving day a whole lot easier for our customers. Keep up the great work!

Enrique

General Manager

Enrique

I was born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego. I started out in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1997 to 2001, and that experience really set the tone for how I approach life; stay disciplined, work hard, and take care of your team. After that, I spent over five years in corrections, working my way from Officer I to Sergeant. It wasn’t easy work, but it taught me how to lead, communicate clearly, and stay steady when things get tough.

After leaving law enforcement, I moved into the private sector and have spent the last 20 years in operations. I joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in 2019 and worked my way up to General Manager. These days, I focus on supporting our crew, keeping things running smoothly, and making sure we show up for our customers the right way; every time.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to two grown sons and two dogs. I’m big into CrossFit (won a competition in June 2024, which was a blast), I enjoy reading about history, and I’m convinced BBQ works any day of the week..rain or shine!

As a dedicated team member at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, I enjoy helping customers navigate their moving journeys and making the process as seamless as possible. My focus is always on finding solutions that fit each client’s needs to ensure a stress-free experience.

Outside of work, I love spending time in the kitchen, baking treats, and trying out new recipes. I’m also an avid reader who enjoys exploring different genres and discovering new stories. Whether in my professional or personal life, I’m all about creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Lena L

Sales Coordinator

Lena L

I joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in 2019 as an Operations Manager, and after four years, I transitioned into the role of Sales Manager. It’s incredibly rewarding to help customers move forward with such a family-oriented company. My favorite core value at TMT is THE GRANDMA RULE®, a principle that resonates deeply with me because I was raised by my grandma Bea. She taught me the importance of treating others with respect and honesty. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, shopping at Target (her favorite store), attending SD Padres games, going to festivals and concerts, and cherishing time with my family.

Joe

Move Consultant

Joe

Hello! I’m Joe, and I’m thrilled to be your Sales Consultant here at TMT. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is helping our customers navigate the sometimes overwhelming process of moving. I take great joy in making this experience a little less stressful and a lot more enjoyable for you!

When I’m not busy assisting clients, I’m likely on the mats practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—an incredible passion I discovered in my late 30s that has truly enriched my life. I also love spending quality time with my family and friends, creating memories that I cherish deeply.

I can’t wait to get to know you and help you with your moving journey. Let’s make this experience a positive one together!

Zealand

In-home consultant specialist

Zealand

Hi! I'm Zealand, the In-home consultant specialist here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. Prior to this position, I spent two years working in our trucks as a Mover and Driver. In that time I developed an affinity for one of our core values: CARE. I found that the greater level of care you provide to the customer and their belongings, the easier it is to provide exceptional customer service. In my free time, I enjoy cooking and playing chess.

Pedro Ricardo

Bookkeeping and Admin Assistant

Pedro Ricardo

I feel blessed to have the opportunity to work directly with my son Pedro and my daughter-in-law Alicia. They make a great team, I am enormously proud of them. In the beginning, it was a little bit strange; I was used to being the one who gave the orders or made the decisions as a father and an executive, but now the roles are reversed. I recently moved to San Diego from Ecuador and I am dealing with the cultural shock that happens when you move to another country. I am in the process of improving my English in order to be more useful to the company. I love to practice sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Walking or just going to the beach.

Gaby

Business Development Coordinator

Gaby

Hi, I'm Gaby! I started my journey at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® as a Marketing Coordinator and have since grown into the role of Business Development Coordinator. I've really enjoyed getting to know the moving industry and working with a team that truly values its people and its customers. There’s something rewarding about being part of a company that helps people through these very important changes in life.

Outside of work, I love to travel, explore new cultures, and learn from different perspectives. You can often find me at the beach, enjoying the waves and the sun. I’m always looking for new experiences and ways to grow, whether it’s in my career or my personal life.

Rocky

Move Consultant

Rocky

Hello there! I'm Roque, or "Rocky" as most of my teammates call me (yes, like the one from the movies). I’m a dedicated Move Consultant here at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and have a passion for detail, ensuring every client feels valued and understood. Furthermore, I thrive on building relationships through engaging conversations and helping customers find exactly what they need.

When I’m not closing deals, you’ll find me hiking or rock climbing, embracing the outdoors, and challenging myself to reach new heights.

Alejandra

Bookkeeper

Alejandra

I started at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in 2021, and I am thrilled to be part of such an amazing team. I’m grateful for all the knowledge I’ve gained over the years, which has complemented my accounting and finance experience, allowing me to provide tools and strategies to make everything flow smoothly so we can provide the best experience for our customers.

I’m excited to continue working with and contributing to our mission of helping San Diego and other northern neighborhoods move forward. On my days off, I love spending quality time with family, reading, studying, or going to the beach.

Adriana

Customer Experience Specialist

Adriana

Hi, I’m Adriana. I consider myself passionate about helping others and finding resolutions, and I strongly believe there’s always a way to improve what you do and who you are. When it comes to Customer Service, I like going the extra mile. Whenever your beliefs, skills, and experience are aligned with a team and the organization’s core values, you know great things are about to happen! That’s exactly why I decided to join TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. I love working, and spending time with my loved ones, and also enjoy having time for myself. I love traveling, taking a walk while I enjoy nature, trying different food, watching a good movie (no matter if I've already seen it), and resting on the beach listening to the sound of the sea.
