I USED NELSON AND FRED. THEY WERE WONDERFUL, COURTEOUS AND EXTREMELY HARD WORKING. IF I EVER NEED TO MOVE ITEMS AGAIN, I CERTAINLY WOULD ASK FOR THEM. OVERALL: 10+++++++.

I was "gifting" my friends four hours and a truck for their move. They'd just had a baby, husband is a fireman and only home one day at a time do to the recent fires, and he had an injured shoulder. They needed help! Jessica in your San Diego office was a huge help putting the move together. I couldn't have done it without her help and guidance! My friends seemed really pleased with the crew and the process except for one issue that is in the process of being resolved. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Two Men And A Truck!

Movers were amazing. Worked hard, no complaints, and took excellent care of my stuff. Very happy with the service I received. Maybe too much paperwork at the end would be my only critique. Think I got carpel tunnel from signing my name so many times.

I had a major issue with the billing- I was billed TWICE and luckily caught it, hoping the refund arrives soon.
The moving van was dirty and my bed mattresses had dirt stains on them as a result, was hoping they would have layed down protection. This would be helpful for next time considering use of your company. thank you!

Steven and Ali did an excellent job. Both were very hard working, careful, and very polite. I would recommend them and Two Men and a Truck to anyone. Even more than that I would use them again.

Ruined my bed. Lied about hardware being missing. Claim resolution did not cover cost of item (estimated bed to be much lighter than it was). I've used this company twice before. Will never use again or recommend.

Moving crew was very friendly, efficient, and did a great job. There was some minor damage to one item and a piece missing from a different item, but overall we are very satisfied.

The 'extra' charges and expenses were not mentioned prior to the movers showing up to move me. The $60 for insurance to cover your company for damage against my items and this should already be in your per hour charges. I already have homeowners/renters insurance in the amount of $100,000 at a cost of $140 a year which covered my move. I was told I would be double charged for the time to drive to the new location - explanation for this charge was for the extra fees for the truck on the highway, which again is in your hourly rate. Extra hwy. charges are on Oversized loads, not this truck. The guys put the legs to my dining table in an open box with garage items and damaged one leg to my table, they marked walls, broke an outside light, and left the screws to my dresser in my last place
