The moving team clearly explained all information to me and acted very professionally. They worked together, they did not waste time and they were very efficient. They were also friendly and very careful with my household items.

My only surprise was that the office staff did not explain that the rate for driving was double the cost. I should have been informed of this fact at the time of the booking.

All in all this was a great experience and I would highly recommend your company.

My movers were great! They were quick and efficient. This is the third time I’ve used this company, and I refuse to go with anyone else. I always recommend Two Movers and a Truck to my friends who need to hire movers!

The office staff was very slow to respond to my emails. The cost was more than 2x my last move, which was 6 months ago. My movers were a lot more professional than the last movers but to move the same amount of stuff it took them 3 hours longer. I had farther to go this time but the change in distance should not have added more than a half hour.

Moving team was on time and had a positive attitude throughout the day. Very skilled, strong and professional.
For the move-in to our home, two additional men arrived and began to unload the truck. They were not introduced to us and both worked for a short while, then left without letting us know they were leaving. I understood after the fact that one of these men was a supervisor. I would have thought he would be a little more interactive and proactive with us given that he was a supervisor.

I still waiting on someone to discuss the damage caused to my home and my furniture by your movers.

Everything was really great, and the only issue I had, was that boxes and stands were flipped over, when it wasn't really necessary.
I guess I could have pointed that out to the movers on arrival to point A, but I guess I assumed that's common sense and that they won't do that.
I labeled all boxes on their top, and at point B, when the movers asked me where "unlabeled" boxes go, I knew they had them all sideways and upside down.
I'm just happy that I took care of the boxes with more critical content myself.
Again, not a huge thing, but did introduce some unnecessary inconvenience.

The movers had no care of my items. Many furniture pieces were slightly damaged. Very careless movers

They did a great job and were very pleasant during the move. I would call them again when I have to move.

Aaron, I believe his name was, and the rest of the team did a great job moving my items, were super quick and helpful. Joe, in the office, was very accommodating to my moving time and got the job done right on time. Will use again, if I have to move.
