I was extremely happy with the entire process. Emmy in customer service was able to get me the team I needed quickly & painlessly. My movers ( headed by Oscar) were on time & worked very diligently & handled my belongings delicately. Movers even stayed 3 hours later than quoted to ensure my job was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend using 2 Man and a Truck for all of your moving need

So if you were living on the East Coast during that time you definitely remember hearing and seeing Two Men and a Truck. We had a lot of really large items and the guys that helped us move took care of them well and made sure to wrap each item nicely. The move took all day and they were working hard the entire time, we would be happy to have them help again if needed!

There was some missing communication when scheduling with the office team. We took inventory, however it wasn't exhaustive so the moving team was expecting a smaller move than we needed.
The team adjusted well and we were able to stay within the quoted window, however I needed an additional truck and help.
