Jessica has been with TMT for eight years and plays an important role in sales and coordinating the details that help each move go smoothly.

Outside of work, she stays busy with her three children, spends plenty of time at little league games, and loves to travel. We’re lucky to have Jessica on the team and can’t wait to see what’s next for her in her role as a Customer Service Representative.

As an Operations Manager, Michael R draws on six years of experience with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK and a background that spans nearly every stage of the moving process. He has worked as a mover, driver and has been part of the operations team. This background has given him hands-on insight into what it takes to coordinate a successful move. Michael studied Supply Chain Management at the University of Kansas and worked with TMT during his summer and winter breaks while earning his degree. Today, he combines that educational background with his field experience to help his team provide consistent, high-quality service.

Michael spends his free time traveling and following college sports.

Before taking on his current role as an Operations Manager with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Nate worked his way through multiple positions in the moving industry. He started as a mover, became a driver, and later moved into operations management. Nate has more than six years of industry experience, including two years overseeing operations and helping his team provide reliable service to customers. Before his time with TMT, Nate spent a decade playing minor league baseball, an experience that taught him the value of preparation, teamwork, perseverance, and accountability.

Nate is also working toward a Business Management degree through Kansas State University. In his free time, he enjoys golf and getting outside to experience Arizona.

Nicholas T. has built his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK over the past 17 years, gaining experience in almost every part of the business before becoming a Franchisee. He has also managed locations in both Tennessee and Texas and now owns territories in the Phoenix metro area. Nicholas understands the challenges involved at every level of the operation and uses that knowledge to help his teams provide reliable service to customers.

When he isn't working, Nicholas enjoys life in the Phoenix metro area with his wife. Hiking, working out, and reading are among his favorite ways to spend his free time.
