i only had one little communication problem with the office .they left a voice mail to call them,but didnt say it was to change my service time..that could have been a text or email as i didnt get the voice mail played for several days later..then, after we arranaged a new date ,they didnt call or text to confirm, i was given a 3 hr window instead of the first 1 hour window with the first estimate..i just think it would have been nice to get a call to confirm the status, instead i had to make the call..But the team that came were wonderful!!!Mark,Sean M,Zack J,and Nick are the best .Give them all a big raise and bonus! They make all the difference in how i feel about the service.They did a stellar job and took very good care of my belongings..Fast too..This is what i will tell anyone !

I have used Two men and a Truck for every local move, for this reason, they are on time, helpful, neat and clean and I think the cost is fair.
This time was no different, Kayla and Stephanie were so helpful, we had to change a few things and they followed through as they stated they would. Thank you both for excellent customer service.
Justin and James were great, they were on time, polite, well dressed, everything came from one place to the other without a scratch.

Other than the driver hitting one of the vehicles in the parking lot and breaking a custom made piece of furniture everything went great.

Still have not seen the bill yet so can't comment on the value for the price,.

Damage to door frame, door, ripped screen door. Dented frame. Some furniture got scuffed..hit wall and front door at new home causing minor damage.

They cared very much how they handled tables chaires all of it . Did a walk threw first so they had a ideal what they had too put on the truck and how they were going to load it . Smooth and fast and carefully loading and unloading this was the second time we have hired Two men and a Truck Both times the guys were very professional As most know moving can be a handful .They make moving look easy The office people were very helpful on asking us what we all needed to move Thanks again Roy.

Two men and a truck charged me $950 to move me across town. A company in Prescott charged me $650 to move me from Prescott Valley to Tempe. Big difference. No one told me ahead of time that 2 Men would be turning my dressers and desks upside down. No time to change direction. Drawers were stuck. Hallway was gauged. Bookshelf had a piece of shelving chipped off. On the plus side, movers were fast. Only one dallied a bit.

Honestly they made moving an easy and stress free experience. Their rates are very generous and the movers were very fast and efficient.

Two Men and a Truck worked on the move in two shifts. First, they came and boxed everything. Then they came and transported the boxes to two different locations. During the boxing they were careful and did a great job packing fragile items and marking the boxes. When the next crew came about a week later, they did a terrific job of putting the last stop's boxes in first so that all the boxes were delivered to the appropriate location. Both crews were fast and efficient; they were careful to not waste time in order to jack up the fee. The office staff was fabulous in making sure they had the addresses and in clarifying their policies as well as answering my questions.

Out 2 movers were very friendly and courteous. Took great care of our stuff

Kayla got my quote started and was extremely pleasant and helpful through the entire process. When Kyle and Jared showed up to do my move, I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. They explained everything from start to finish and got right to work. My move went under the time and price quoted which made me very happy. I will definitely use your service again in the future for my moving needs.
