Two men and a Truck was easy to use. A great office staff that made the setup easy. They followed up with timely communication. The movers were courteous and professional, started on time, handled all of our furniture with care, delivered earlier than expected and come in under the estimated price. Moving isn’t easy or fun but they made it a pleasant experience.

Some confusion on my part about what was said when booked regarding price, but overall not a bad job. Don't like the way that was handled, had me wait for a manager to come, I told them to go ahead and get it done in the 2 hours because we already had things broken down. Also, I ended up having to put a couple of dresser mirror in my car which I think was due to poor use of truck space.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry for any confusion about the price but we do have a two-hour minimum, and even so, the move ended up running a bit over that — even with the manager helping to load so we could save you some time and money. As for the mirrors, we weren’t able to move them without a signed release of liability since they’re fragile and without your consent we weren't able to move them. We appreciate the opportunity to help with your move and hope you will utilize us again in the future.

Team did a good job of moving our stuff carefully and on a sort notice. Only small content would be to suggest the team to quit smoking. Ask the team members were smoking and were taking breaks for smoke and you could smell some of the stuff after moving to the new house. It’s also not good for their health!!! Otherwise, a good experience overall.

Multiple items were damaged during the move, and we have not received a follow-up on what the next steps are. I would recommend asking for a review after those conversations have been had, as these are still unresolved.
Additionally, we found the dryer was rendered inoperable after the team had left, leaving us without a key household appliance during our transition.

Misled about “DOT laws” to justify a pointless 2-day move that took only 9 hours. Then hit with a surprise $300 Sunday fee at deposit and a week of shifting, defensive excuses. Jared the GM made the smallest effort possible. Paid $700+ extra for their error/miscommunication. Movers were fine, but management was greedy, evasive, and an embarrassment. Should’ve listened to the other horror stories.

Our gps and mover log records show the move took about 15 hours over two days, our travel time is calculated into the overall service as was explained. Our team made every effort to address your concerns and find a fair solution. We’re sorry we couldn’t make things right in your eyes.
