Demarkus has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for five years, working his way up from Mover to Driver to Trainer. Jared began his journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK at the Bentonville franchise in 2016. Over the years, he has served as an Operations Manager across three franchises — Little Rock, Kansas City, and Memphis — before returning to Bentonville as General Manager. Committed to continuous growth, Jared has truly made this company his life and plans to finish his career right here in Bentonville.

He believes strongly in building a meaningful career and the stability it creates for family. When he’s not leading the team, Jared spends every possible moment with his wife — his best friend — and their lively crew of six kids (including two cats, who absolutely run the household). He also enjoys hunting and fishing whenever he can get outdoors.

A transplant from California, Tenesha has been with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for four years and now comfortably calls Northwest Arkansas home. She only wishes she’d discovered the company before making her own cross-country move — she knows firsthand that moving isn’t easy!

Outside of work, Tenesha is an active and engaged mom. She enjoys being a room mom at her sons’ school, making balloon arches, hiking with her dog, and biking with her son. She also embraces continuous learning in everyday life and connecting with the community, which makes the annual MOVERS FOR MOMS® and TRUCKLOAD OF WARMTH® campaigns an especially rewarding part of her job at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.
