My estimate did not come with the disclaimer that "drive time" from their office was included in my time estimate. This tacked on an additional 30 mins, so ask about that specifically. That being said, Two Men sent a Third Man to complete the job at no charge so it evened out. Michael, Dudley and Luke were very respectful of the property and took care not to damage anything. I recommend.

As noted in the pre-move letter you signed: “Billing begins when the movers leave the office and ends when they return to the office.” Your move was estimated at three hours but completed in 2.5 hours, reducing your final cost.

Hannah at the Bentonville office was absolutely amazing! She worked with me concerning some unforseen changes that I had to make and was so efficient and explained things clearly. She also checked in to make sure the moving team showed up on the morning of my move.
Jayden, Josh and DaVaughn were my moving team. They showed up on time and had me moved in less time than was expected.

I appreciated everything that the office management and moving team from Bentonville, AR, did for me and my family. I called in a panic because I needed to push back our moving date due to unexpected delays. The person I spoke to in the office was kind and understanding. She immediately put my panic to rest.
