The experience with two men and a truck was painful and abysmal. I had 4/5 conversations while planning CSR and very detail provided the most accurate description of all what required to be moved. The CSR Mathiiew assessed it to be 8/9 hours job of 3 men.

After a thorough internal review, we found that the move presented significantly different conditions than originally estimated. The inventory on moving day was substantially larger than what was discussed during booking, and many items were oversized and heavier than typical, which increased the complexity and time required. Additionally, the layout of the destination—a three-story townhome with a narrow stairway—created safety concerns for both your belongings and our crew.
Our team did their best to protect your items by pad-wrapping and handling them with care, and additional crew members were sent at no extra charge to assist with unloading due to fatigue and the challenging conditions. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, we were unable to complete the move within the scheduled time, and a portion of the inventory remained at the original location.
We also regret to hear about your concerns regarding the damage to your home. While our team did communicate potential risks due to the size and weight of certain items, we understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes—particularly around ensuring estimates align as closely as possible with actual moving conditions. Matt and Carlos were fast but thorough at the same time. They packed my belongings with care (I was amazed that they managed to pack up my entire life in just 2 hours lol) and not a single item was chipped or broken. They were also friendly and really fun to work with. When we got to my new place they put things exactly where I asked them to so unpacking was way easier. 10/10, a fantastic duo!

Guys were great. Worked hard. Moved fast. Only issue was a scratched floor from moving boxes being slid across the wood floor multiple times. Office did state they would have their repair team reach out within 48 hours It has only been 24 but still waiting to hear. I'm hopeful given that office response I'll be satisfied with the repair
