The Moving team was exceptional
- efficient, conscientious and organized. We were missing the two extra wardrobe box rentals I had called to order a few days before the move and we never received a final confirmation of our booking but the team showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. The office team also refunded me proactively on an invoicing error. Will recommend to others. Thanks!

We had a great team of movers starting with Mitch, team lead, then James, MI guy, his roommate, can’t remember name, But they were EXCEPTIONAL!!!! They were very respectful, polite, careful with fragile items, efficient with their time, very friendly! Boss man showed up on moving day and there was only one glitch, it was my fault that two trucks came. Boss man was nice about it. They did great!

I had a decent experience with my moving team. Although one did drop one of my items I would’ve appreciated an apology considering I witnessed it. I was informed that I wouldn’t be charged for a 2 hr service when it didn’t take an hour. They lied and said it had to do with a travel fee. The travel fee was $130 despite being 10 mins away and moving my stuff 1 min away. I am overall unsatisfied.

Regarding the pricing, we do send an estimate ahead of time outlining all fees, including our two-hour minimum and travel fee, which are also included in the signed pre-move letter. I'm sorry to say that I am horrible with names. We had three guys but I only remember two names so I won't mention any. However, they were all very courteous and knowledgable of their job. They knew what they had to do and they got it done. My hat's off to you guys! Thanks for your great service!

This is my second time using two men in a truck and I’ve been pleased once again. They showed up on time and they were very professional. Went over the paperwork and the whole process of the moving. They took well care of my boxes and furniture and wrapped them properly. I got the privilege of Jashawn and Bat as my movers, two very hard-working men who took pride in servicing my move.
