Expensive! Storage unit move to an 828 sq/ft house for over $730! There was an overage charge to my bill because it took longer than 3 hrs. The storage unit is 1 mile to move site. Trainee used for my move w/ no notice of his hire to me. Movers were not efficient because trainee didn't know use of moving gear. A dolly was only utilized once doubling time. The mover stated it was too pricey!

Looking at your sales order based on what you mentioned and I would like to give some clarification, we do not have an overage charge because of a move going longer. Looking at your original estimate, your move was estimated for 1.5 to 2.5 hours and after looking at the final sales order the move was charged at 2.5 hours so while it may have been higher than what you had hoped for it was still within the original estimate that you were emailed and agreed to when you signed and sent back your pre-move confirmation letter.

They were right on time, willing to rearrange furniture for the client in the rooms until she was satisfied, and kept on schedule and budget.

Ethan and E were fantastic! I was very pleased with the service. They were communicative and friendly and took great care of my things. I drove 2,600 miles across the country and everything stayed put as they loaded it. I was also worried it wouldn't all fit, but they expertly loaded it all and I didn't have to leave anything behind. Would definitely recommend both of them!
