I was not satisfied with the move. For starters I was not aware of when the move time would start and when it would end. They got there at 8:10AM but did not start moving furniture until 8:30AM. I also don’t understand why 3 people were needed when only 2 people did majority if not all of the work. The 2 workers even said while moving my stuff the other guy did nothing. He kept going missing.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We apologize for the confusion regarding the start and end times of your move. Our team arrived at 8:10 AM but did not begin moving furniture until 8:30 AM, which is not the level of efficiency we strive for.

We informed you that we needed to change your move to 3 movers instead of 2 due to our schedule, but assured you that the price would not be affected because 3 movers would complete the move faster than 2. We also called you the day after your move to check in and make sure everything went well, but did not receive a response.

We explain extensively that the time starts when we leave our office and ends when we return. This is how all of our moves are handled, and it is also explained in the pre-move letter. Additionally, we do not charge for our trucks, gas, mileage, or equipment used.

We regret that you felt the third crew member was not contributing effectively. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we will address this issue with our team to ensure better coordination and productivity in the future.

Seemed to take too much time to get from the pick-up location to the drop-off location. The layers and layers of legalese and signatures on the tablet seemed to take too much time. All that said, the two men arrived in a timely manner and did a great job with the move.
