I'm very disappointed in the move,the moving team lost a piece of my furniture and I'm not happy. Spoke with the manager about the situation and their trying to resolve the issue. Overall unacceptable how the moving team didn't check the inventory to make sure all the furniture was there.

We just moved and used Two Men and a Truck Howell office. It was TOP NOTCH SERVICE from start to finish! The customer service from the office staff was great…knowledgeable, caring and great follow up.The moving team of Jacob, Demetrius, and Nate were AWESOME! They worked so hard and diligently even with a hiccup with one couch, they were polite, smiling and never stopped working.Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with Two Men and a Truck. It started off well with scheduling my appointment over the phone. Then I filled out an online list of items to be moved. Once I filled it out, I could not access it again.
The problems started when the movers arrived on moving day. The manager response was not helpful. There was no follow up from him. Very disappointed.

Scheduling was a breeze, appropriate pricing, and great movers on site. The communication via e-mail and texting was great. The moving team was courteous, careful, and quick. They never complained about how much we abused them with some seriously heavy items. Great company, great service.

We couldn’t be happier with our moving team; They were courteous, professional, & personable. They seemed to enjoy their job and worked well together. We had breakage of one item and a scratched floor & I still wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company and this team to anyone!! My 3 guys were the best. I am a senior almost 80 yrs & they were 100% responsible for all there was to accomplish. Such a relief for me as I just can’t last for long periods of time.
