The best thing I can say about 2men and truck is they showed up as scheduled.The cost was higher than estimated.The movers were rough bumping items together door faces dropping etc.The movers didn't even have tools they had to use my tools.Were in a hurry to leave getting you to sigh a statement about damages before insecting items for damages dents scratches.Will never use again or recommend.

From the very beginning of the phone call to get things started the young lady on the phone was very polite and patient. The emails are helpful. The 2 young men that called to say on their way, arriving on time, and caring for my personal things where outstanding. Always keeping me informed of what they where doing. When arriving to the final destination everything was smooth and would use again

Jarvis, Merlin and Gesnick great to work with. Ran 2 hours over exact reverse move 2 years ago. Office confirmed I didn't need to remove clothing from dressers, movers asked me to, resulting in wrapping drawers, putting them back in etc. Extra time attributed to "extra long sidewalk" and "3 heavy items" - same exact from prior move, same items - not right. Other than that, overall happy.

Outstanding service from first online quote to the empty truck pulling off. Responsive. Transparent. Thorough. Friendly and upbeat. VERY CAREFUL with my belongings. Very efficient use of time- did not use all the time I booked and I was prorated on the spot, zero hassle, excellent customer service. Basically, best move ever - and I’ve moved over 5 times in the past 11 years. Worth. Every. Penny.

Both guys were very nice and respectful. They were hard-working. The one thing I would recommend is that you have the same equipment on every truck. One of the movers said that because they don’t know what truck they will have on any given day, they don’t know what equipment they will have. They really need the kind of equipment that help helps them move very heavy washing machines with belt strap
