My August 26 move in Plymouth, MI, was very unpleasant.
-The movers took photos of my home despite my request not to.
-refused to remove their shoes, left mud, and did not clean it afterward.
-mishandled my $17K power plant, causing damage,
-The bed was assembled incorrectly, and the chair and bed parts were taken, and only offered to be returned after asking.

Following our internal review, our management team reached out to address the issues you raised and offered compensation as a resolution. Unfortunately, that offer was declined.

From the first Person I talked with; I think her name was Kelly was soo helpful and nice. Moving is extremely stressful. She made it less stressful. The 2 Movers were very nice. They were young but did a great job. We were on time soo the estimate Kelly have me was right on. I would definitely use 2 Men and a Truck Again!!

The moving experience from start to finish was awesome and beyond expectations! The woman in office was sweet, explained everything very well and kindly answered all questions. Josh and McKinney were our movers. Josh was serious and professional when signing documents before and after the move. McKinney was super friendly, polite and was always smiling! Both SUPER movers!
