Movers were being pressured to finish the job within a day. Heavy items were tossed onto fragile items, items worth over 15k dollars are missing wholly, at least ten disassembled pieces were not reassembled, and several damaged items such as priceless antique books. Items were dumped into the garage in a massive pile. We had to hire a team for four days to do what we paid the movers to do.

Worst moving experience ever. Movers arrived late (9:25) but charged from 9:00 and left early yet billed until 6:00 at $170/hr. Only 3 rooms, 10 miles, but half the job left undone. Georgie worked hard, but the other guy wore slippers, moved slow, and stayed on his phone. They also never disclosed they wouldn’t move TVs/plants. Totally unprofessional—never again.

I feel like the pack and first move went great but I found out later that things were not packed very well. Things were left in the drawers of desks and night stands. Also my couch was damaged but they are going to fix that. During the move in day, things seemed rushed and as a result doors were scratched. I would have liked them to use more caution when moving large items through small doorways.

Items being left in drawers and damage to your furniture are absolutely not up to our standards, and I understand how frustrating that must have been. I'm glad to hear the couch is being taken care of, but I agree that greater care should have been taken throughout the entire process, especially during move-in when navigating tight spaces.
