From the initial phone call to the moving team, I was very happy with our appliance moving task. All employees involved were very professional & so friendly. From the first call I made to schedule my move to the minute the great team left my drop-off site, I was happy. It was honestly the best moving experience ever, and I have moved a lot! My TV was slightly damaged in the move but I was able to fix it so there ended up being no damage done.
I was a bit disappointed that when I called to get an estimate, I was told that they could move an 85" TV and would have a custom box but no custom box was brought by the two movers. They had to manufacture something just to move it

Two/three men and a truck were great. They arrived on time. Never stopped working. Listened to what I had to say and were very polite. They were fast emptying my son’s apartment driving across town and unloading. They put everything where I wanted and were always polite and friendly. I can’t say enough how great these guys were.

Upon unpacking it was disappointing to see how my items were treated and how things were haphazardly thrown into boxes with zero regard. I've had to throw numerous items away. In addition to the broken items.
Additionally, neither group was prepared and I had to spend several hours finishing the move.
After, I tipped using a check made out CASH, then received a text asking how to change it.

Your company is too expensive. I understand charging for the labor but a travel charge is ridiculous. I didn't get paid for driving to and from my job for all the years I was employed. Your truck travel expensive and gas used is a business tax deduction. I feel that charge is just a way to increase your profits and overcharge the consumer !

This was probably the most efficient move yet. The office helped me understand my options clearly and the movers on move day were able to work quickly and efficiently. They were also very careful with my furniture and a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased overall!
