The two gentlemen who showed up to help us with our move were fantastic. Extremely professional, likeable guys. They got all our belongings safely moved from our old apartment to our new house. Any nothing was damaged. Plus, they came in at the very low end of the quoted price range. I highly recommend this moving company and the two guys who moved us were phenomenal individuals.

The movers were very slow. The move took 5 hours for a small 1 bedroom apartment with minimal furniture and it was literally just the next building over. It’s obvious they are told to milk the hours. Having carts would be much more efficient. On the move in to the new place the “driver” didn’t bring anything upstairs. The one guy was doing it. I had to help the whole time and still paid $927.

Hannah, thank you for your feedback. That's a pretty serious accusation stating we tell our employees to "milk the clock." We've already had a word with our estimating team. You should have been given a more accurate estimate. Moving from the 5th floor to another 5th floor apartment is going to take time. The average one bedroom apartment move without elevators takes about 3.5 to 4 hours. We wish you the best in your new home.

The moving team did great and the move went well. The moving team was fast and efficient. My moving team was Dover and Marquis and I would definitely like to have them as the moving team for my next move.
