I lived in Guelph when your company actually began with two men! There is something nostalgic about this for me. I think I've used your company before. I am very satisfied with the "two men" who got my husband to his retirement home on Wednesday. They were patient and polite and had to work around a few obstacles, including a small elevator. I will hire both of them back in a pinch if needed!!

The two guys worked very hard, but my biggest disappointment is that although it said they would wrap the furniture, they did not wrap all the furniture and the furniture that wasn’t wrapped got scratched. Not sure why they didn’t wrap certain pieces, but those ended up with significant damage and they were really nice pieces like the dining room table and my bedroom dresser.

The moving team of three men were professional, quick, helpful and pleasant to converse with. This was the first big move I had made and the team surprised me with their truck packing skills. I would give them 6 stars.

Stephanie is friendly, knowledgeable, & very considerate of our needs. She helped take the stress out of moving . The 2 movers were so careful w our antiques, & knew how to take them apart & put back together. They were friendly , quick, & worked well together. The 3 together made our move very stress free ! Professional and courteous. The team keep us informed every step of the move. Marcus and Q did a great job even while being shorthanded. The could have used a third person for this move.

Was upset that i was told i would get 3 men and only 2 showed up for the move, then the 3rd man came to unload. When i contacted the main office to inquire, i left a message and no one called me back but they received my message, because they contacted one of the men and they advised me that the office will compensate me. I feel i should have been called back also.
