I do have one piece of feedback for the company: it would be helpful to provide the movers with a stair-friendly dolly. This would improve the safety of handling household goods on stairs and also make the job easier for the move

The move went smoothly. The 2 men were professional and friendly.
They are based in Loveland and charge door to door but the charges for their service is reasonable. The insurance fee is reasonable as they cover all loss not the 6 cents a pound others pay.
I wanted (actually needed) a move as soon as possible and they were able to do it.
I was notified when they were on their way.
