We took the time to review the calls between yourself and your moving consultant and heard the consultant explain the hourly rate, the one-hour minimum and the total time including the travel from and to our office. The moving service took the 1.25 hours of service and you were billed accordingly. That said, if something still felt unclear on your end, we want to understand that.
