The exchange with the office staff was professional and courtieus. They showed up on time, and moved my stuff without damage. However, I have discovered that at least 3 items were not delivered. None had any real value, so I am assuming it was just sloppy work. Still it's a hassle to have to replace them.

being the 2nd move of the day is NOT a good thing! they came at4:30 pm {rush hour traffic} moved 26 boxes then back into rush hour traffic we went. it took the truck 40 min. to get to what should have been a 15min drive and I was charged for it!

Service was not completed. I was called a liar by Zach at the Bentonville office. Once the recorded call was reviewed, I received an apology but still did not receive the service I paid for. This was a very frustrating experience and a complete waste of my time. My stuff was never moved, but I was led on for multiple days. Nobody called to cancel, I had to call them to find out. Unprofessional!!!

Our team was friendly and polite and worked so hard. Despite not being able to finish in one day, the main office got us scheduled with a different team the very next day to finish up, despite it being the day before Thanksgiving.
