One of the moving men was incredible. He was such a nice man, and he was working very very hard, but the other one I had to keep on him and the other one, the nice man had to go behind him and do everything again because she didn’t do anything right. We’re sorry to hear that parts of your experience didn’t meet expectations. After reviewing the job details, we’d like to clarify a couple of points for transparency. There was a brief miscommunication regarding the placement of one wardrobe box, which was immediately addressed on-site, and both team members worked together throughout the move.
Regarding the television, our records indicate that it was already packed and stored prior to our team handling the move. Because of this, we unfortunately would not be able to assume responsibility for damage discovered after delivery.
We also want to note that a complaint was submitted to our corporate office, and our team has already followed up accordingly.

The crew was professional and kind. They made sure our items were packed up and moved with care. The entire experience helped ease a lot of our moving stress. It was great and we will use them again in the future as needed.

The moving team was wonderful. They were professional, showed up on time, and worked quickly while still taking care of our items. I would definitely recommend or request the team I had again.

When I made the reservation, I wanted to pay for the full amount. I was told it looks small and shouldn't take more than one hour. After an hour and a half I had to go to the truck and ask if they were done with the big stuff, as they spent more time in the truck talking. Then they put a hole in one of my cabinets. And instead of paying 690 (estimate) I paid 773. Not at all happy

The move went well. We were estimated to be moved with two trucks, but we didn’t get it all. We have to book another day. Packing was okay…my wife was present for that day. There were several items/cabinets left unpacked.

Wrote my address down wrong and guys went to wrong address. When they got there did not have liftgate truck and had to get another truck to come out and I still had to pay for full time. I was told I would only have to pay for first truck. They got there at 12 and they were done at 2pm?? But I paid 715.00

We used them twice in a month. Both teams were kind and professional. The office staff kept us apprised of updates. The second move was somewhat of a crisis situation with little time to prepare. They were great regardless and we were very happy with them. The 2cman crews both times were wonderful young men. The admin is great too.
