The lady i spoke with to set up my appointment time was so nice and very helpful.

They guys who moved my furniture were beyond amazing, so nice and ready to work. We had a great time with them, we had some laughs, they were funny and so easy to deal with. I felt very comfortable with them and them being in my home.

The movers walked back the truck when they didn't carry anything. Then, while carrying our stuff, they ran between the truck and the house. They damaged our freezer door and they damaged our yard/driveway

Our move was complicated by the fact that we kept adding to and subtracting from the inventory. The final cost was fair but getting there was a little stressful. The move itself went smoothly. Speed, efficiency, good humor, and experience were all characteristic of the operation.

The movers were great. They worked diligently even with the heat and, unfortunately, 3 flights or stairs. I didn’t have to do anything except let them know where things went. First time using movers and they handled everything I asked for. Thank you so much!

Very bad experience in Champaign!! Had used the same company in Baltimore and my experience with them was fabulous. So had booked in Champaign with the hopes of a similar experience but extremely disappointed!! Total rip off . Extremely poor service at multiple levels esp considering how pricey this franchise is !! Will NOT recommend to anyone!!
