President | Franchisee
Lisa Paley
Lisa has demonstrated natural leadership from the very beginning of her career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK when she started as a part-time bookkeeper while in college. Effective on January 1, 2020, she was named president of four TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchises: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, and Madison, and three satellite offices: New Berlin, Pewaukee, and Plymouth.
During each step of her career, Lisa has embraced challenges by learning them, owning them, and helping others along the way. Tim Lightner, founding franchisee and CEO of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Madison, Waukesha, Racine, and Milwaukee, put it this way, “On a daily basis, she provides vision, creates buy-in, listens patiently and empathetically, coaches individuals and teams, provides necessary tools, delegates (not abdicates) responsibility. She adjusts on the fly, remains cool under pressure, and so much more. Lisa is leadership.”

Sales Manager
Adam "AJ" Jaworski
With his big smile, deep experience, and humorous take on life, Adam (AJ) is a great fit to lead, support, and motivate our move consultants systemwide. On a daily basis, he brings excitement to the sales teams by creating a competitive yet fun environment where positive relationships can develop and thrive—among both coworkers and customers.
“People make decisions and spend money with others they like,” he said. “When we show our customers that we want to help them, they work with us.”
With more than two decades of managing teams in sales environments, AJ has learned that everyone needs both encouragement and motivation. He attributes his own ability to move forward and succeed in life to his mom. “My mother is such a positive force. She always knows the right thing to say to give me more motivation to succeed.”
He strives to make this same impact in the lives of those around him every day, both at work and at home. “I love watching my children play sports," he said with a smile. “I am their biggest fan.”

Operations Manager
Derick Klinger
Derick immediately excelled as a new mover at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® New Berlin and quickly became an interstate mover after a few months. When he turned 21, he was promoted to driver. Then, when a new internal training program rolled out, Derick was tapped to be part of the first crop of trainers, passing on his knowledge and enthusiasm to others.
Never one to stand still, in Fall of 2020 he started and completed the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Frontline Foundations Program, which initiated the process of moving him into an office role. He attributes much of his success to the inspiring mentors he works with.
“I have great support and great rapport with everyone here, in the office and on the trucks,” he said. “These people are like a family to me. We are a cohesive team with skills that complement one another. We all have strengths and weaknesses and we lift each other up every day.”
Derick finds that the qualities he needs most in his daily role are confidence, problem-solving, critical thinking, and the ability to lead by example when the going gets tough. “I have done a lot of everything,” he said. “And I am excited to continue to learn.”

Office Manager
Kathy Stavlo
Kathy is a special part of the magic that keeps TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® New Berlin humming along every day. She’s headed up for a decade-long career with the company, mainly functioning in the versatile role of office manager. Over the years, she has supervised and trained move consultants, reviewed applicants for positions, scheduled interviews, and onboarded many new hires.
Kathy says it’s the people she works with and the opportunity to challenge herself in new ways that keep her engaged and interested in her job. A big proponent of a positive workplace, she believes it’s important to let people know when they’re doing well.
“Knowing that you’re doing a good job is good for your spirit,” she said with a smile.
Kathy is known for her strong work ethic, and she entered the workforce early as a carhop at a local drive-in restaurant. An entrepreneur herself, Kathy once owned a jewelry store in Ecuador, an experience that provided her with a strong understanding of what it takes for a locally owned business to succeed. Back State-side again, she moved into customer care roles, ultimately finding her way to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK through a friend.
As someone who has onboarded many TWO MEN AND A TRUCK rock stars, Kathy’s wisdom to new employees about on-the-job success is worth noting. “Be patient with the learning process,” she says. “It may seem like there is a lot to know at the beginning but give it time. Soon it will be second nature to you.”

Business Move Consultant
Lisa Richter
Lisa is a firm believer that learning as much as possible about other team members' roles helps her better understand what is best for her customers. As a result, she has taken full advantage of the classes and skills advancement programs available through TWO MEN AND TRUCK and believes this makes her a well-rounded customer advocate.
When asked about her "superpower," Lisa unhesitatingly replied, "Organization—a very important quality in the moving business." She also attributes her high customer care scores to her belief that positivity is contagious.
Lisa has received many sales and achievement awards during her time at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, but she says her favorites are the general “Congratulations on Being YOU!” awards. She says her commitment to the company has grown over time as relationships have grown and developed. “It’s like a family,” she said. “As the family grows, so does the depth and breadth of your job and your commitment to everyone there.”
For Lisa, the complexity of business moves is what kept her volunteering for large business projects and ultimately moved her forward into the role of Business Move Consultant.
“It’s like putting together a puzzle, then making sure the puzzle stays together from beginning to end,” she said.
Lisa’s co-workers and clients know her as a person who loves to smile and laugh. She finds that humor is helpful when trying to guide people through moving, which can be a stressful time for many.
“It helps to defuse some of the pressure for them,” she says.

Moving Consultant
Allie Torgeson
I’m excited to be working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because everyone knows who we are and what we do! I am looking forward to expanding on my existing sales skills and taking care of our amazing customers. While I’m not selling moving and junk removal services, I am living my best life! I am getting married next April to my teenage crush, helping raise my energetic soon-to-be stepson and our 1-year-old Pit Bull Terrier. I enjoy reading, writing, spending time with friends and family, going to live concerts and being outside in the summer. Not only that, but I have recently started a small garden, so we’ll see if I have a green thumb and can make things grow!

As an interstate mover, Tony has assisted in the safe and professional execution of long-distance removals over 1000 miles from our headquarters. Tony is an important part of our New Berlin franchise, and we are excited to introduce him as our new mover of the month!
