When I paid my deposit, I was informed I was paying my $750 storage fee then. Then After the move All of a sudden I owe. The finance team was contact me to further discuss with me since I had not understood the way Vicki explained it.No one has reached out & now I have a $750 charge on my account without approval from before running it. This is not an acceptable way to handle business.

The guys out in the field are amazing at what they do. Your office staff on the other hand is downright awful. I called 3 times and never got a call back. I ended up going out to your office since there was obviously no way to contact by phone. When I walked in all I saw were girls just hanging out not doing anything. Explain to me why they couldn’t answer a phone or call me back.

I was told that there were new owners. The time was set at 1-2pm window. I called the office at 1;30pm and left message, if truck was coming? The Office called me back at 1:45pm just as the truck pulled up to house. Movers were quick, professional, courtesy and friendly, very well pleased! Would recommend and use again without hesitation.

I had the greatest guys moving me! Leo and can't remember is partner, maybe Alex! They were the best! They were so efficient. You need more people like them! Can you please give then a raise or something special. Maybe a gift certificate? Please let me know what you are giving to them! I'd use them again!

I am extremely pleased with the service from Two Men and a Truck. We were moving our parents to a senior community. Adam and Charles arrived on time, were very respectful of my parents' furniture and worked incredibly hard. They were polite, personable and pleasant. I would definitely use your company again.
