No problems they were earlier than expected but that was a good thing. The guys called when they were 20 minutes away.

Antoine and Dominic were really awesome. The day of my move that morning it was raining. They totally understood my anxiety about getting my furniture wet and helped to make sure all was covered. They did not break anything or mar my walls etc. Very nice and thoughtful gentlemen. They even offered to carry my 92yr old mother up the stairs to my new place when they saw her resting on the landing.

Leo and Celeo were great movers. They worked hard (my furniture was heavy) and took extra care with my valuable items. They were nice and considerate and I will request them the next time I move! Keep hiring great people like them!

The entire process was excellent. It started with an online quote request. Lexi responded and confirmed the dates and cost of the move. On moving day we were greeted enthusiastically by two men and a truck, Omari and Cedric, both were very efficient and pleasant to work with. The move could not have gone more smoothly. Thank you for making the day less stressful.

Missing a spindle topping piece to the floor standing mirror - Have your seen it? It was on the mirror before we moved.
I think the estimation process online is bad. It may work for most but not for me. It was difficult to estimate exactly how much stuff I had to move. I think difficult estimates need someone to come out to the property

Due to the pandemic, we had to stop the process of having our Move Consultants come to the home, but we are hoping to be able to bring that back in the future!

They left the legs for my loveseat at my old place, missing a glass top for a floor lamp, I have a big dent in my powered subwoofer (of which all 3 of my subwoofers were supposed to be wrapped individually, wrapped along with other stereo components separately, but they had no wrapping supplies at all) they left a shelving unit behind. All together it was a bad experience.

When I paid my deposit, I was informed I was paying my $750 storage fee then. Then After the move All of a sudden I owe. The finance team was contact me to further discuss with me since I had not understood the way Vicki explained it.No one has reached out & now I have a $750 charge on my account without approval from before running it. This is not an acceptable way to handle business.
