I am very upset with how Two Men and a Truck handled my move as I was told an hour time range and instead of being timely I waited in the parking lot of the storage facility for 2 1/2 hours for the truck to arrive. This wasted my time and my help that I had waiting for the truck to deliver my storage unit contents. I called Two Men and a Truck several times and I was informed by Rich the Sales Manager that the movers took a long lunch break. This was unacceptable as I was waiting for the movers. I wish that I got a long lunch break and that all of my stuff was unpacked and out of my garage if the movers were there on time. So at this time I would not recommend this company as they showed very poor timeliness.

Chris K and Virgil from West Allis were absolutely fantastic. They worked incredibly well as a team. They did all that we asked with a smile and a go getter attitude. They even did everything they could to get our over sized sectional up a tight set of stairs. I would gladly hire them both again for our next move, they were such a pleasure to work with!

Overall service and support by office and moving staff was very good. Weather conditions during move were not good (very hard rain most of the day) but the movers did a very good job protecting our items and none of our furniture was damaged or wet on arrival. Easy to work with moving crew. Overall experience was good to excellent.

We were very satisfied with the services we received from your company. The crew that moved us was extremely customer friendly and concerned about our items as if they were their own. Nothing was damaged and the guys worked very well together and wasted no time getting us moved. They were very polite and even offered to move the furniture again if I changed my mind after they put it in place but that wasn't needed. Ken was very helpful getting us scheduled. I called on Tuesday and we were moved Thursday morning. We cannot say enough to let your company know that the crew was great and helped us get through a tough time and made the move enjoyable because they made us feel like we were in very safe hands and they proved it to be true! The movers besides being helpful were very polite. They took care of my belongings well. It was raining the day I moved. They made sure that my belongings did not get wet.

Cyndi in the office is incredibly delightful to talk with on the phone, and was extremely helpful each time we talked. The crew showed up exactly on time and were very pleasant to work with. They had all of the equipment they needed with them, and completed the job quickly and to our specifications. Two Men and a Truck left me feeling confident that we would have the crew necessary for our job, and they came through for us!

I felt as if the movers worked REALLY hard. I believe the job should have had 4 people, as 2 was not enough. This was not recommended by the office staff, which I feel should have. We wound up staying much longer than was participated, so this was disappointing.
