The two movers were great. It was very hot, yet they remained positive and friendly the whole time. They were efficient. Great to work with.

My move was scheduled between 1:30-2:30 and at 2:30 I got a call notifying me that they were running late - I needed to get things done and wasn’t happy. The movers arrived at 3:30 - relieved they were there but still not happy. They turned a bad experience into an excellent one. They were professional, personable and very efficient. They had everything loaded quickly while taking care not to damage anything. When they unloaded, it was the same! Awesome job that was much appreciated.

Four men and two trucks. We were very organized and ready for them (for which they thanked us), but we were still pleased with how smoothly and quickly everything went on our move out and our move in. Two furniture pieces were damaged (one of the nicest pieces we own - VERY minor damage... and one of the least-nice pieces we own - needs to be reinforced/rebuilt, but it was not well-built to begin with and had already been moved twice before), but in the big picture, not too upset about that damage and VERY pleased overall! The four men who moved us were all really great!

Doug at your office was really good to work with throughout the process. On the day of the move, Justiss, Grayson and Steven showed up at our house and did an outstanding job. Very polite, hard working and did exactly what was expected of them. We couldn't be happier with the service your company provided.

The referral I got spoke highly of your company, so I began the inquiry process. From the beginning, taking the inventory survey, call back and quote, the decision was easy. Then, from the moment the movers arrived, polite, informative, professional, gentle and proficient, made me feel that much more confident in my decision and will be easy for me to recommend your company to others in the future! Great job!

We booked a move, last minute, and we were not 100% ready day of the move. Braden and Marcus still managed to work around us and get everything done in less time than the estimate. They never stopped moving, even in the heat, and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving.

Overall my experience was excellent. People I spoke to on the phone when I had to change the date were great. When I decided to purchase wardrobe boxes I went to the facility in West Allis. A woman did the paperwork & a man folded the 6 boxes so they would fit in the back of my small car. The only thing he could have told me was that he had to fold them in an unusual way to get them to fit, which meant that neither my husband or I could figure out how to fold the bottoms. With 1 demo at the time I picked them up, because he knew they were folded in a way that would need adjusting, he could have prevented my husband from having to go there with a box & show him the trick. Other glitch was that our movers gouged a slice out of our staircase woodwork with a metal computer table that slipped.

When I realized that my small move was not so small, I phoned Two Men and a Truck. Their response was swift, respectful, and courteous. Although I left the request until the last minute, Doug in the office was able to accommodate me. Terrance and Deangelo arrived as scheduled. They were friendly without being familiar, and treated me and my belongings as if I were a dignitary. No side conversations, just got to work; not a minute wasted. Delightful. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to any and all who ask me.

They came on time, (even a little early), moved everything, were very careful with mom's belongings, very polite, introduced themselves, put furniture in place, took extra pieces i didn't have when i booked without problem, horrible hot day and they remained very courteous and very professional.

James was awesome...he handled the majority of the move and is an excellent asset to your company.
