Everything was going well until the end. The movers asked where I would like the furniture put and they just piled it in various other rooms and left. I had to hire different movers the next day at a cost of $200. to put my things where they belonged. Additionally, I had wheels on the feet of my bed frame so that I could move it easily, which are now gone.

I was impressed buy the men on the team, they were very hard workers and wasted no time. They had to move a heavy safe and other furniture and maneuver it through the entire house. they left a scratch in the floor from the safe, but where it was was an area where it was hard to turn.

The movers we're good and did a good job.
The problem was with the billing.
When the movers arrived I asked him what time they started they said 8:30 they finished moving everything into my house at 9:20 a.m. and said he would take him 20 minutes to get back to their facility.
That would make it 9:45 a.m. for a finish time which would be an hour and 15 minutes total time for moving,I was charged one hour and thirty minutes
I tried to explain this to customer service but they would not credit me the extra quarter of an hour they charged me for an hour and a half.
I am not satisfied at all with this. becaus of that Two Men and a Truck now have lost a potential move in the future and I would not recommend to anyone else because of a 15 minutes mistake that was made.

On the way back to our office, there could have been a number of unknowns that caused the truck to return a few minutes beyond what they estimated to you at your house. We have no control over traffic or weather conditions. We only charge our customers for the time that is actually used - and would never cheat anyone out of time or money. They returned to our office after 9:45, and therefore the time was rounded up to the nearest 15 min increment.</div>

Movers were prompt, polite, and fast. I was scheduled 2 movers, and 3 showed up, made it even that much better, all 3 of them were professional, and showed commitment to getting the job done. They took care of my stuff, and I could tellthey take pride in what they do. Thank you guys for making a stressful time care free and easy. Much appreciated. I would highly recommend.

They did an alright job moving the furniture out of our apartment. Moving the furniture into our new house the movers did an awful job. They hit many walls leaving dents and scuffs. They told me they couldn't get a couch down the stairs, so I literally needed to move the couch on my own. It was a waste of me paying over $600 for such poor service. If I was going to be paying someone else to move my things I expect them to move everything and do a good job at it. Instead the complete opposite occurred. I won't be using this company ever again in the future. Terrible service, terrible movers. The movers had one job to move things and they weren't even able to do that.

Aside from the mess up with scheduling, things worked out. The guys worked so very hard and they did a great job!

The only problem I had was they were and hour and a half late. The office did call and let me know but it just set everything way back.

The two movers (Marcus and Brandon?) were so helpful, competent and calm. They came into the house and went right to work and they worked together great and had the move under control. They were both so willing to help with whatever was asked and Marcus noticed I had some loose chairs and he fixed them and they were very careful with my furniture/belongings. Wendy

The movers, Vinnie, Chris and Harold were very professional and courteous, they anticipated our needs and worked together for a seamless moving day. Thanks again to the office personnel who kindly obliged our needs after an another company failed to follow through on our contract, two men + 1 in a truck and the office lady saved the day and made our move less stressful .
