The movers were on time, fast and professional in all aspects. I've used them before and will use them again. Thanks!

3rd time used service in 5 years. Outstanding experience begins with Becca and carries through to writing final check. Do not enjoy moving but this company and every employee has made moving easier to deal with. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers!

Becca was EXTREMELY Helpful, and flexible - and very responsive! This is the first time I have used a mover to move and she made it SUPER easy. The moving team was AWESOME! They had a great attitude and were very helpful! They took great care of my property and were a lot of fun (and trust me..moving is not fun!). They took the stress out of the move - even though it was the coldest weather we have had in Wisconsin since the 1800's! Thank you for everything! -Jenny

Everything was good. It was the coldest day of the year, so it wasn't easy for the moving team. When we moved into our office I felt like the team moved things in, in reverse. We should have moved in and put together all the furniture and left boxes for last. Instead, they moved in the boxes and furniture last, so it got pretty cluttered and made unpacking more lengthy. Overall though, they were great and it was a terrible day to move due to the cold.

Crew was friendly and courteous. They cared about my belongings and moved everything quickly/efficiently.

(I think I already replied to one of these surveys).
Your lead mover was great; however his partner lost one of the nuts but the bolt to my bed frame and didn't seem to think it mattered. THey both implied one bolt was enough (with which I disagree). Point being that it had four bolts when they disassembled it and it should have had four bolts when they re-assembled it. They didn't mention it, which also annoyed me. I discovered it before they left. Not such a great experience this time.
Also, as far as recommending, It's not a YES or NO answer. I would recommend but with a caveat.

The movers did a great job. There was a lot more dishes packing than I anticipated and they were very accommodating. It took a long time to pack the dishes. Do you ever have more than 2 people on a job? The job would have taken less time if there was more people!

Friendly, helpful, and competent ....asked questions about our needs and clearly explained how they would meet our expectations... good comunication regarding times and location

Just a great experience all totaled. A real hassle free move :)

In keeping with your motto, you exceeded our expectations. Everything about the move was excellent.
