Two Men and a Truck will not be recommended to others by myself or by my boyfriend. The staff on the phone initially was very helpful. As for the movers, they were terrible. They called to let me know they were coming but I couldn't get to my phone on time and no voice mail was left. It took them 30 minutes from the time the call was placed to the time they rang my doorbell when the office is only about 5 minutes from my home. Then they told me I had too many boxes and that everything wouldn't fit into their very large truck! All of my items that I needed moved where moved in 1 trip from Pewaukee to Madison 2 years ago. There was no new things added to my home that I needed moved. Then it took them over 6 hours to move not everything! I had to move the rest! Not the point to hire movers!

Our experience was excellent. The movers arrived when they said they would, and worked as fast as they could to load the truck and take it to our next destination. I would recommend them to anyone.

Jonah and Katelyn were awesome helping me with my son's move from his house to his apartment. They were friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend your company, and these two, to others.

I was very impressed with the movers attitude; their compliance with my wishes and needs re: the move; their speed and attentiveness to the job; and the fact that they did it so quickly. I gave them nice tips since they saved me money I had budgeted for the move. I would definitely hire two men and a truck again based on my experience.

The move was done in a timely fashion and the care that the movers showed was above and beyond.. They put shrink wrap around all of our wooden furniture and handled each piece as if it was their own...

The 2 young men were extremely busy and careful with our property. Very respectful and nice.

I wish I would have had asked information about travel time. I was told it would be their start and end time. Had I known it would be 30 minutes each way I would have realized I was paying one hour just to travel to the west side of Madison and back to company location. The time spent moving the items from one place to the next was a total of one hour. So I had to pay for two full hours. I’m planning to call the office about this. Other that that everything worked great and my movers were delightful.

The two movers were exceptional! Efficient, hard working, great attitude and extremely
helpful! Even gave me great ideas on where to place our furniture. AND the truck and
equipment was CLEAN. Wonderful company to do business with. This was our 3rd move
with 2 Men & A Truck. Wouldn’t use any other company. Oh, and great office staff!!!!

I have used your company many times in the past and have always been impressed with the efficiency and care of your movers. These two did not know what they were doing. Our project involved moving furniture out of a downstairs family are into a back base,went, same floor, and moving it back. I wish you had sent the same two movers who made the initial move out of the family area They were great. These two dropped the weight machine on the new tile floor, nothing broken thank goodness, because they did not even assess the situation first. It was obvious the equipment would not fit through the door either height wise or lengthwise without manoevering, but they just picked it up and tried to jam it through. Ridiculous. Same thing with the sofa bed which fell open while tilting it.
