My family has previously used two men for some in town moves, so it was a no-brainer to choose them again. The office staff was accurate and courteous, and the movers themselves were speedy and professional.

The movers knew exactly what they needed to do; they assessed the amount of furnishings needing moving and worked quickly and efficiently to clear out our storage unit and unload everything at our new place.

I was very impressed with the friendliness of the movers despite the fact that it rained all day. They were efficient, took excellent care of my property, and were fun to interact with.

I am truly floored at the service I received by my movers. I don't know if there's a way to give extra kudos to my movers since I'm terrible and don't remember their names, but their sense of urgency was AWESOME. I was quoted a much higher price than what I was charged, solely because they were so quick to get started/finished moving.

Only complaint I would have is that it is relatively difficult to get someone on the phone from Two Men and a Truck. I called probably 10 times total during this experience (during posted business hours!), and only had someone pick up the phone 3 times. Not the end of the world, especially since I had a great experience with the movers themselves, but from a customer service perspective, I recommend having someone always on the phones during business hours

Rain was a "pain" that day and move before mine delayed my service for a couple hours. However, I was informed immediately and move went very smoothly.
