Everything went exactly as planned and hoped. Moves are stressful and Two Men alleviated a big piece of that. The initial call, estimate, communication before, the actual move, etc all went perfectly. I’ll use Teo Men again and refer to others.

We had to rent a small U-Haul to finish the move ourselves. There was room on the truck for most of what was left. We asked the office for a discount and they were going to call us back the next day and we haven’t heard back from them.

The truck used to make our move leaked oil on the driveway, this is not acceptable. Maintain your vehicles. There was some damage during the move to both residences and the fix was quick and dirty. Some of the items were not placed in the proper location and I had to finish them myself.

My first time using Two Men and a Truck and I was delighted with the my customer experience. Everything happened as promised and there were no surprises at all. Office staff and movers were very polite and professional. I've been in the service industry for 26 years so it was really nice to be treated exactly how I tell my staff to treat customers.
