We had one item damaged inadvertently and they completed the damage report right on the spot - a repair person is coming to our home to make the repair. We highly recommend.

The individuals that showed up were very nice and professional. Overall, they did a great job. However, they forgot to reassemble the bed frame, they catch the bottom of the box frame on the edge of the door while moving and ripped the fabric, and crushed one HDMI cable. Like I said, overall they did a great job, but there seemed to be lack of attention to detail.

I thought they worked quickly and hard and were very friendly. I was very pleased.
