In 1999, Nick embarked on an exciting journey, co-founding TWO MEN AND A TRUCK alongside his father. They kicked off operations with a modest fleet of two trucks stationed in Burnsville, MN. Over the course of 24 years, our enterprise has experienced remarkable growth, now boasting ten thriving locations. Notably, we've recently expanded into Wisconsin, proudly adding three new locations to our portfolio. This expansion, characterized by a fleet of trucks and a dedicated team, underscores Nick's exceptional leadership. Under his guidance, we've navigated the path to success, establishing ourselves as a leading force in the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK franchise network. We extend our sincere gratitude to Nick for his unwavering commitment and visionary leadership.

Beyond the boardroom, Nick finds joy in perfecting his swing on the golf course, exploring new horizons, and treasuring precious moments with his cherished family.

Meet Joe, our senior director of operations and asset management and is one of the many reasons our operations runs so well. Joe started his career over 15 years ago as a driver at our Burnsville location. He is our operations guru, when the opportunity for management came along, he jumped at the chance and never looked back. Joe has been such an asset to our team. He loves being able to exceed expectations whether it is on the trucks or in the office.

Meet one part of our senior director dynamic duo, Dan McLaughlin! Dan started his career with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Twin Cities back in 2003, yes nineteen years ago! Dan has been living and breathing our core values every day since day one. Dan is all about customer service and wants to talk to you about your move! Just call and ask for him, he wants to talk to you! We have seen firsthand how this guy goes above and beyond to make sure a move is successful!

When Dan is not helping with moves he is coaching his kids' sports teams or bowling.

Meet Chad, our versatile team member at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. Chad has been with us since the early 2000s, starting when we were just a small office in Burnsville. Over the years, he has taken on roles in sales, operations, and marketing, and now he serves as the Director of Customer Experience.

Chad is dedicated to making every move a positive experience for our customers. He once braved a blizzard alone to help a senior citizen move, demonstrating his commitment and care.

Outside of work, Chad is a busy dad of three, with one of his kids even joining the company. He enjoys cooking, listening to music, and collecting vinyl records. And, of course, Chad’s signature mohawk—paired with his distinguished gray hairs—makes him easy to spot. If you're looking for someone who brings both style and a warm heart to the job, Chad is your guy.

Allow us to introduce Sally, our awesome marketing leader, whose passion for marketing is matched by her love for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. Sally started off in Tennessee, but moved to Minnesota after a quick hiatus. With over seven years of experience, including two years in Minnesota, Sally has proven her commitment to our company. Sally's enthusiasm shines through in every marketing campaign she creates, reflecting her love for her work. Outside of her work life, you'll find her enjoying quality time with her husband and two children, or watching Tennessee football.

Mercedes joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in December 2024, bringing with her a degree in Public Relations and Media from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. As the Marketing Coordinator for our Minnesota and Wisconsin locations, she manages social media and fosters connections with the local communities. Mercedes thrives in her role, using her creativity and relationship-building expertise to make a real impact.

Outside of work, you’ll find her staying active through strength training, yoga, and Pilates. In the warmer months, she and her husband go on really long walks (we're talking 8 miles!). A passionate reader and travel enthusiast, Mercedes and her husband make it a goal to embark on at least one major trip each year.

Tammie, our exceptional Human Resources manager, became a part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK family in January 2023. Since joining, she has proven to be an invaluable member of our team. Always ready to contribute wherever necessary, Tammie exemplifies the spirit of teamwork. She ensures we are well-informed and current on all Human Resources matters. Outside of work, Tammie enjoys quality time with her family and grandchildren.

Jess is one of our fantastic customer service representatives. She works with our customers from beginning to end and ensures they feel confident as they prepare to move. Jess joined the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK team in June 2021, and she is already one of our top customer service representatives. She loves being a part of our team and working for a family business. We also love having her as a part of our team!

Allie became part of our Burnsville team in the summer of 2021 and has since become an essential player in enhancing our customer experience. She expertly guides customers through every step of their move, ensuring they feel ready and relaxed for moving day.

Introducing Alexis! She became part of the Two Men and a Truck team in March 2024, bringing extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations. Alexis has held several leadership roles, including Sales and Marketing Manager for a Southeast Minnesota franchise, and General Manager for franchises in South Central Minnesota and Texas. Throughout her career, she has strengthened her leadership skills and cultivated a genuine passion for customer service. Alexis lives in the Houston area with her husband, two children, and their two dogs.
