Everything was great except the could not move the Universal Gym (300 lbs). They said to order 4 men and about 1.5 hours to do the move to the new place

We were extremely satisfied with Chriz and Josh. They called us 20 mins before arrival and was at the house on time. They were both very pleasant and nice young men. They took great care in wrapping everything and was very careful not to break or damage anything. They were very efficient and did not waste time. When we arrived at the delivery location, they put everything in the right places and removed the wraps and put everything together back again. My wife and I were very happy with the experience. I hope all your teams are like them. If this is how they behave for each move, you have two winners in your hand. Sincerely, Shobbo

I had multiple office people- 3 or 4- contacting me regarding details of my move and I felt there was a communication breakdown somewhere. For instance, after booking, I called back 3 days later to give complete addresses, but was contacted few days later by someone else indicating they did not have that info. I gave the info again. Again a few days later someone else contacted me saying they did not have that info so I gave it again. The last person explained things differently, she said I had to book 2 separate days for a 1br apt move so I did. But somehow 3 move dates were scheduled. I said no,canx the 3rd, she said WE made that error but would ask mngr to waive the canx fee. No canx fee was charged. I think ALL office ppl need better training and communication. The actual moves were A+

I was very impressed with the hustle your guys showed - careful carrying items to truck but then trot back to get next load. Very good at padding and wrapping up items with plastic wrap to protect. Our piano move was generally good - appreciated having supervisor sent out to oversee taking piano apart, wrapped and put on piano board (would suggest that there is a need to carry board more rather than rely on dolly - really didn't work well on stairs). I really appreciated the effort made to move a large couch through difficult hall and doorway. Your office was good at providing an estimate of the time and cost so no surprise at end!!

Brent and Tony were very personable and took very good care in moving our belongings. They worked efficiently and moved us in less time than we'd anticipated. The office staff went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend!
