I was very pleased when I originally went to the office in person and explained what I was looking for.
You just lost a customer that would have provided consistent business.
Your follow up person kept verifying the wrong date over and over even when I corrected him. You really need to train your people better.

The only recommendation that I have, is that when putting chemicals into a customers vehicle, please pack so they can't possibly spill. I had a gallon of 30 Second cleaner, had along with several other gallons of chemicals that were just placed in the back of the vehicle and they tipped over. I was so very thankful that it did not harm the Leather seats or the black carpet. However, I cannot say the same for my Vera Bradley overnight bag or the clothes within that were ruined.
