The actual move exceeded my expectations. The truck was scheduled for 10am and arrived exactly at 10am. The men who moved me were exceptionally kind and thoughtful as well as professional. They hauled my heavy china cabinet and endless book boxes up three flights of stairs and never broke stride. Amazing. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Don’t be put off if you have to play phone tag with the office. They are busy I guess. Highly recommended.

They needed to move a safe. This is the third time I moved this safe. This was the only time it was moved with a standard dolly. It took 4 people where before it was two. Two people moved it twice as fast as your 4.
They had to really struggle to move it around even though it was under the 1200lbs limit.

It was all good until you lost a piece to my bed and then walked away. I’m sleeping in the guest room, can’t finish unpacking and no one answers the phone at customer care. Do you really think I’ll just let this go? Make this right!

Movers showed up on time! Team was friendly, cordial and very transparent about the fees and process. They completed the move of my oversized bulky heavy items promptly and courteously. I will add Two Men and a Truck to my very short list of companies I have dealt with during this move that understand what true customer service is!

After using different moving companies over the years, I have to say that the Two Men and A Truck moving team are by far a cut above the rest. The staff is courteous and helpful. The movers were on time, clean, and friendly. All of my belongings were delivered with utmost care and consideration, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience.
