Both the administrative staff and our movers (we had Luna and Trevor) were fantastic! Everyone was very kind and professional. I felt like I was communicating with friends and Luna and Trevor helped our moving day feel so smooth and peaceful. Their shirts said “movers who care” and I absolutely felt that! 10/10 recommend!

My movers were great! They worked efficiently and were friendly and professional. I did not appreciate however, after an hour into the service, I had to sign a "revised" contract in case the move took longer than the original estimate. This seemed premature and felt like you were trying to make more money, even though it was not warranted. The move took just under the original time estimate.

Could not have been happier with the team from 2 men and a truck. They were polite careful and very effiecent. I was surprised at the amount care of with they wrapped packed and unpacked my things. They covered doors and laid down rugs. Made sure to ask and place everything where I wanted it.

The experience with two men and a truck was painful and abysmal. I had 4/5 conversations while planning CSR and very detail provided the most accurate description of all what required to be moved. The CSR Mathiiew assessed it to be 8/9 hours job of 3 men.
On the day of move they experience was deeply painful, they broke items, left scratches in my new home and left with out completing the job.

After a thorough internal review, we found that the move presented significantly different conditions than originally estimated. The inventory on moving day was substantially larger than what was discussed during booking, and many items were oversized and heavier than typical, which increased the complexity and time required. Additionally, the layout of the destination—a three-story townhome with a narrow stairway—created safety concerns for both your belongings and our crew.
Our team did their best to protect your items by pad-wrapping and handling them with care, and additional crew members were sent at no extra charge to assist with unloading due to fatigue and the challenging conditions. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, we were unable to complete the move within the scheduled time, and a portion of the inventory remained at the original location.
We also regret to hear about your concerns regarding the damage to your home. While our team did communicate potential risks due to the size and weight of certain items, we understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our processes—particularly around ensuring estimates align as closely as possible with actual moving conditions. We needed two trucks and 4 men for our recent move and they were great to work with. Very professional, friendly and respectful of property. Was the same for our previous move 4 years ago. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.
