Have you met our new Sales Representative? Carlos started at TMT a little over a month ago and has already proven to be an asset to the sales team. With his positive attitude, customers and other employees love working with him. His favorite part about working at TMT is being able to have natural flowing conversations with the customers. He knows that we are providing customers with the services that they need, so he never feels too pushy. He loves his coworkers and feels like time flies every single day at work. This month, Carlos was able to help one of his customers move out in a time crunch. He took pride in this because he was able to save his customer fees from not moving out of their apartment in time. Carlos would love to move up within the company and see how his career can grow here at TMT. Aleksander C. is the August Mover Of The Month in Sterling! Aleksander was recently promoted to being a driver, and even after a long day of rough moves, he still comes into work the next day with a great attitude! Aleksander's favorite part of working for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is getting to drive the truck on highways and on moves with long travel times! In his free time, he enjoys playing the ukulele, baking, and playing video games. Great job, Aleksander!

JD has come on board not too long ago, however, he has already shown to be a great team player and a great attitude. He is always reliable and goes above and beyond with any task that is asked of him. JD has also never received an attendance infraction since joining our team and has a customer service score of 5.0 and a referral rate of 100%!

Clint is the Regional Manager for our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Sterling franchise and Alexandria franchise. He grew up in Northern Virginia and has a vested interest in the community and moving people forward. Clint attended Cabrini University in Pennsylvania as a student athlete and was a four time varsity letter winner in lacrosse, and assisted Cabrini in capturing four straight conference championships and NCAA tournament bids. In 2007 he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a degree minor in HR. Following his completion of higher education, Clint has worked in the customer service industry and managerial fields for going on 8 years and has dedicated his time and efforts into satisfying clients of all backgrounds and upbringings. When Clint is not allocating his time to serving clients and ensuring smooth and efficient move operations, he enjoys playing ice hockey and spending time with family and friends.

Jared D’Arville started out as a mover for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in January of 2016. He knows from experience what it takes to move our customers and believes in taking every measure to make sure their move goes as smoothly as possible. Jared hails from Northern Virginia and is a people person as reflected in his 10 years of experience in the hospitality field working for Holiday Inn and restaurants in the DC area. He is a big sports fan and his favorite teams are FC Barcelona and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He enjoys camping, fishing, going to as many sporting events and concerts as he can fit into his schedule. He spends a lot of time with Mason, his best four-legged friend who is a rescued pit bull mix.

Jamie is the Financial Controller responsible for taking care of the financials for all of our locations. She joined the group in 2020, after spending five years with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Home Office; bringing over 20 years of accounting experience to our team. Our Springfield office was one of the first TWO MEN AND A TRUCK locations that Jamie was given to work with when she started at Home Office; resulting in her building strong ties with Martin and the team. Jamie was thrilled when Martin approached her officially join the family and shares the team's desire to move forward. Jamie’s favorite part of her job is working with team members and helping them to better understand the financials. During her downtime, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, four adult daughters, and their pets.

Adam is the Location Manager for our Sterling, VA location. He is a former Marine with a passion for helping others. He started with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK as a Driver, and within a few months, was promoted to Team Lead. A year and a half after, he was promoted again to Location Manager. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with my family and puppy German Shepherd, Arya. He also enjoys hitting the gym after work and watching all types of movies and video gaming. He loves helping others move forward in life and passing his passion down to his movers and drivers.

Met Kevin, our Employee of the Month! Kevin works hard and does a great job, whether it's a small task or a big one. He likes TWO MEN AND A TRUCK because of the awesome management. When he's not working, Kevin enjoys traveling, fishing, and having cookouts with his family. Keep it up, Kevin!
