The movers were really top notch. I have never done a move before, but I cannot imagine another moving company being as efficient and affordable on what was delivered. Any future movers I will solely use this moving company.

Two movers were beyond outstanding, professional and nice. Highly!!!! Recommend!!!

Overall experience was ok. Office staff was good to work with booking the service. The crew arrived on time and were clean and polite. However, they were 3 college students with minimal experience moving and packing. This became painfully evident as the day went on. They struggled with heavy items, did not use protective cloths on the floors (until later when a supervisor showed), and they did not know how to organize the move and pack the truck up to ceiling, so many items were left behind. We had to rent a box truck to move the remaining items. A supervisor did show later in day with two other men to move things off truck, that helped a lot. This was a partial move, I would only use the company again if a supervisor was on site all day to reduce wasted time (overpaid due to this)

The overall experience was good. The office staff are great and the 2 movers were professional. The issues experienced during/after the move was in the lack of care taken on several items. First off, was my 50andquot; tv was not boxed, just wrapped in a blanket and strapped to the side of the truck. I was not aware that was the condition until such time as the final delivery was made. Glass table tops were also just wrapped in blankets and not boxed. Also several pictures were not boxed and at least one was strapped to the side of the truck with the black bungee cord. Again, overall the service was good and my tv is being replaced due to the damage occurred. I have not used you guys 2 times in the last 6 months, I would again but would watch the loading! Thanks

Team was amazing, loaded everything carefully, stored it for a few days for us, and then unloaded carefully. No property or furniture damage and the guys were very friendly!!

We had a large move requiring two trucks and crews. They were excellent! They ensured all that was to be transported was packed and took care to protect our furniture. At the delivery point, the crew made sure we were happy with the placement of all items. In sum, courteous, professional service delivered well within the estimate.

I chose this company as it is reputable and well known. It is higher in price than I'd prefer (which is the only reason I rated 4/5 for value), but I chose quality over a lower advertised price from competitors. I have chosen to try and save money in the past with other moves and was not very satisfied. Two men and a truck provided an estimate quickly, had great customer service with my many email inquiries, and the two movers were friendly, efficient, and professional. They did not have an easy move (lots of stairs) but they got the job done, and without damages. Thank you for the good experience.

Two nice young men showed up and did as expected.
Having-to-stop-and-pull-up-pants is not my favorite
but they weren't badbad.
I lock EVERY thing ALL the time.
They felt ok about not locking the truck for each trip upstairs
because of security cameras.

Security cameras might deter but will not get my stuff back.
Nothing went missing but I worry.

Other than that, they were HARD WORKING and decent young men who did as expected.

I had some confusion. The office staff ( on the phone )
were marvelous and VERY patient.

Nick and David were fantastic. Although I was originally quoted three workers for the move, the two of them still completed my move within the expected time and for less than the originally estimated price.

this is our third time using two men and a truck and the service was excellent. the crew was courteous, friendly and super helpful. thanks for making the move so easy!
