The office staff was friendly and helpful in scheduling my move. The movers were excellent - energetic and careful with my belongings. They had a great attitude and worked very hard. However, they didn't seem to have any support from the office. We were a "second move" of the day - scheduled for around 12pm. By 130, no one had showed up and no one from the office called to say the team would be late. The office closes at 1 on Saturdays. The movers did not show up until 515pm. FIVE HOURS after we expected them. It's not their fault that the previous move extended into the day, but no one from the office notified us of the delay. We had already started moving our own things because we didn't know if they were coming. Extremely frustrating and made for a long day.

The best we can do is check with drivers around noon the day of to see if they can provide an ETA for the second. We encourage our movers to reach out customers when they have an idea of their arrival and apologize that it didn't happen.</div>

Starting with the phone call to ask for information about moving to the last piece of furniture placed, the whole experience was amazing.
My wife and I have lived in our house for thirty-six years never having to move and was a little apprehension about the crew handling our life's collection of memories. They called said they would be arrive in a short while and knocked on our door just before 8. we were in our new house shortly after lunch. What professionalism, everything they touch was wrapped and carried to the truck and the most awesome thing they finish loading in 3 hours. You could tell they were a team, working seamlessly even on the big pieces. Two Men & A Truck have our vote best in the beach.

From the very beginning something was off they called me at 825 and said they would be there in 20 minutes and didn’t show up for an hour. They told me many times my move would be quick since I didn’t have too many items and it would be done by 4.5 hours. They also said they would take a 10 min break and meet me at my house and they came back over an hour later(my home is only 10 mins away). Upon arriving at my home and moving my bed upstairs they put holes in my wall since they didn’t take my headboard apart. All my furniture has scrapes and dents in them now. They chipped my door frame as well. They stopped my time because it wasn’t my fault they didn’t take the headboard apart but I’m disappointed I even got to 6.5 hours because of their long breaks and showing up really late.
